I need to know exactly what you’re looking for and what game you’re playing. Who are you, what are you about, why are you doing what you’re doing? Also, specifically tell us what types of properties you want to buy. Knowing this information will allow us to invest our time, resources, and dedicated team members wisely to find the right properties for you.
Our team will find the properties you’re looking for, and you’ll close on them. This is a two-way street, and I’m going to expect you to commit, buy and close on the curated properties that are sent to you. After all, they’ll be exactly what you asked for in step 1. We need investors that are going to follow through and communicate openly and honestly.
Here at the Jackson Realty Group, we like to be in the business of knowing, not guessing. We’ll do the work to create the inventory you want, based on your specifications and according to your profile. In return, there will be expectations for you as an investor. We need you to move quick: when I send you a property, you’ll have 3-7 days to view and inspect it, a few hours to put the contract in place, a few hours to sign it and send your escrow deposit. I believe that time is money and, in this business, moving fast is the only way to close the deal.
As a businessman, I don’t want to put properties under contract that I ultimately won’t be able to flip for my clients. All I ask is that, if you aren’t able to move quickly for any reason, please tell me.
