Our History
PropertiesTV launched as part of the TVNET/WRLD1 global network — the first platform to position luxury residential real estate within a true television network environment, spanning eight world regions and presenting properties the way they were always meant to be seen: as immersive, cinematic experiences that capture not just the architecture, but the feeling of a home.
The vision was ahead of its time. The technology, the infrastructure, and the market readiness to support a global luxury real estate media platform at scale were still catching up. PropertiesTV went dormant — but the original conviction never changed.
Now PropertiesTV is back. The market caught up. And we're building the platform the original vision always deserved.

PropertiesTV's relaunch centers on the Northeast luxury corridor — Bergen County, NJ and the surrounding region — with a flagship listing in Franklin Lakes that represents the PropertiesTV standard in the market where we're building first.
From that foundation, we are expanding our coverage nationally — reactivating the platform's original market presence in Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco, New York, and beyond, and building the audience of serious luxury buyers and sellers who make PropertiesTV the destination for extraordinary residential real estate.
